cred ca am gasit problema IMPORTANT RECALL NOTICE May 25, 2007 To all Volvo Retailers and Employees: RE: Recall 181, certain model year(s) 2003-2004 S60/V70 Fuel Pressure Sensors Volvo Cars of North America, LLC (Volvo) has notified the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and Transport Canada that we will perform a Voluntary Safety Recall to replace the Fuel Pressure Sensor on certain model year 2003 and 2004 Volvo S60/V70 vehicles. The fuel pressure sensor (FPS) located on the left side of the fuel rail, may at times transmit incorrect signals regarding the fuel pressure to the Engine Control Module (ECM). If the signal is outside of the pre-programmed allowable limits, a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) may be set and the Check Engine Light (CEL) will come on. Engine misfire may occur during driving that in turn can reduce the engine torque, in the worst case scenario the engine may stall without warning. GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION: As required, Volvo has notified the United States Government that it is preparing to launch Recall 181. CUSTOMER INQUIRIES: As you know, the current state of media and Internet technology can bring immediate attention and public awareness of Recalls. We are sending you this information before formally launching this Recall so that you will be prepared for customer inquiries. buna am mai luat un senzor nou ,o pompa noua si presiunea in relantiu este de 2 bari si fluctueaza ce nu intzele este ca pompa baga 7.5 bari dar pe pe returul din rezervor nu curge benzina numai cand pun contactul inca o chestie interesanta e faptul ca daca scot mufa de la senzorul de presiune imi urca presinea la 7 bari poate mai imi dati o idee va multumesc

am schimbat si supapa by-pass si tot degeaba acuma ii pusa a 3-a pompa deci cred ca si aia ar trebui exclusa

in relanti am presiunea corespunzatoare da in turatie scade intre 2 si 3 dar nu tot timpul masina trage bine si doar f rar simt unele intreruperi

la mine valva by-pass ii pe capacul pompei de benzina si deschide la 4.5 bari am sa caut alt capac undeva sa vad at care ii treaba va multumesc deocamdata

pompa a fost schimbata conducta de la pompa la rampa ii ok filtrul ii nou supapa de presiune din rezervor deschide la 4.5 bari ce nu intzeleg eu este dc daca pun barometrul la rampa nu am suficienta presiune ii posibil sa fie si ecm dar curentul la pompa imi vine constant na am caderi de tensiune sa scada turatia pompei

am pus si senzor nou si ii acelasi lucru

senzorul l-am luat de la alex din zalau el a ziss ca ii ok azi am comandat unul nou cred ca pe sambata vine iar volorile nu is ok in turatie nu are presiune suficienta ii prea mica presiunea in relanti ii ok

am schimbat senzorul am schimbat si pompa de benzina dar masina face din nou la fel am fost si la reprezentanta si nu stie nimeni care ar putea fi problema de la PWG din cj mi-au ziss ca ar putea fi din soft sau calculatorul de la pompa deci inca problema nu am rezolvato am uitat sa va zic ca pompa si senzorul le-am pus second
