Bine-ai venit printre noi si e pacat ca pana acum ai stat "in umbra". Cu curaj, cu curaj !!! Imi pare rau ca nici prima data nu a prea venit lume, nu stiu cum se face ca mereu cineva are treaba... Vroiam sa pun initial intrunirea sambata care tocmai a trecut, dar nu ar fi venit Shpeedy (om de baza pe-aici ) Toate bune si sa te duca unde vrei tu masinuta !

Salutari, bine-ai venit si sa o stapanesti sanatos ! Sa te duca muuuuulte mii de km si sa nu uiti sa-i dai ulei de calitate si sa-i faci distributia la timp... Restul sunt nimicuri Speram sa fii si tu prezent Sambata !

Nu e incapsulata, e foarte viabila varianta ta, dar uite ca de doua zile porneste bine-mersi, folosita exact in acelasi ritm (oprit motorul seara in jur de ora 21-22, pornit dimineata pe la 9-10). S-a manifestat ca si cum as fi uitat un consumator pornit... Pentru ca era moarta complet a doua zi. Am inviorat-o doar putin cu un redresor si uite ca acum e her old self again. What the fuck ? -
In principiu da, e bun, am auzit cel putin, nu l-am testat pe pielea mea. Dar daca e fisura mica, de ce nu te duci tu sa ti-l sudeze undeva ? E o solutie mai buna, si scapi si mai ieftin. Cu praful ala nu stii cum ti se incliseaza dupa aia termostatul si-o dai in alte probleme... Eu stiu pe cineva care sudeaza (cel putin era acum vreo 4 ani) prin Titan, cum te duci spre Drumul intre Vii. Daca ai timp mergem acolo impreuna... Bafta si tine-ne la curent !

Ce service-uri bune stiti pentru Volvo (in Bucuresti si nu numai)?

Exact la metoda asta ma gandesc si eu. Iau piesele de unde le gasesc mai ieftin, si sa fie cat de cat "genuine" ca sa nu strambe din nas cei de la Volvo din service, si sa ma duc la ei sa le monteze... Acum trebuie sa-mi schimb cablul de + de la baterie, si nu m-as apuca sa-l fac singur, mai ales ca la ei dureaza sub 2h sa-l schimbe... 50 RON pe ora de manopera x 2 = 100 RON, ceea ce nu mi se pare mult, mai ales ca daca se strica ma pot duce peste ei sa-i capacesc. In rest... numai de bine ! -

Multzam de raspuns... pacat ca nu esti din Bucuresti, poate veneai si tu cand ne mai intalneam si ne puneai la punct apropos de ce schimbari ar trebui facute, ce riscuri implica... etc etc. Sau poate o sa vii la urmatoarea intrunire Totusi e foarte mic motorul de 1.6 sau 1.8 pentru tancurile astea si un pic de "zvac" nu strica niciodata... -

Mi-a mai sugerat un amic de-al meu o idee apropo de declansarea airbag-urilor la nepurtarea centurii. NU se intampla acest lucru deoarece in cazul unui impact, airbag-ul exercita o presiune foarte mare asupra zonei capului si una mai mica in zona plamanilor, aparand riscul de a-ti da "capul pe spate" rupandu-ti gatul. Variantele sunt multiple... intratul sub volan, etc etc. -

* High Strength Steel passenger safety cage. The occupants within a Volvo are surrounded with a special High Strength Steel safety cage that provides a rigid perimeter of passenger protection capbable of withstanding enormous stress. * Energy absorbing structure. Volvos are designed with energy absorbing structures in the front and rear of the occupant safety cage. They progressively yeild as the force of impact moves towards the safety cage. * Transverse engine position. The significant mass presented by the transversely-mounted engine adds to Volvo's ability to distribute energy across a broad area for more effective energy management, thus enhancing crashworthiness. The large area created by the transverse positioning between the engine and the safety cage acts as an energy-absorbing "crush zone." * Dual Threshold Front Air Bags for driver and front passenger. Dual stage air bags deploy differently and with different force depending upon the severity of the crash and whether the seat belts are being used. * Five, three-point safety belts. Volvo's seat belt design has been adopted by every major car manufacturer in the world. The Volvo three-point seat belt is intended to evenly distribute the force exerted during an impact acrrose the body. Pyrotechnic pre-tensioners afford all belted occupants an additional margin of protection. Triggered by the same sensor that activates the air bag, the pre-tensioners removes all the slack from the seat belt in the split second between impact and when the occupant's body moves forward. * Collapsible steering column. Designed to collapse in stages, Volvo's 3-piece steering column employs an ingenious sequential energy-absorbing design to help direct the steering column downward, away from the driver. * Anti-submarining seat design. This helps prevent sliding under the safety belt. * Whiplash Protection Seating System (WHIPS). This system, unique to Volvo, is designed to provide markedly better protection from neck and back injuries in the event of a rear impact. Based on exhaustive study of body geometry and accident dynamics, WHIPS is designed to diffuse the violent energy transfer resulting from a rear impact that often produces serious neck and back trauma. * Padded head restraints on all five seats. * Protected, strategically positioned fuel tank. * Side Impact Protection System (SIPS). Patented by Volvo, the SIPS design helps protect the occupants from side impact collisions with a sophisticated and comprehensive system of reinforced steel profiles for added strength. This unique and advanced energy management system directs the energy of impact away from occupants. * Side Impact Air Bags (SIPSBAG). Volvo offers additional side impact protection with the revolutionary SIPS air bag. In deploying, the SIPS Bag is designed to act as a barrier between the seat occupant and the door. * Inflatable Side Curtains (IC). In a side impact, IC, in 25 thousandths of a second, inflates a protective curtain that extends from the windshield pillar to the rear pillar, as shown in the image to the left. This protective curtain has been shown to absorb as much as 75 percent of the energy exerted by the head when it is thrown to the side. IC offers an additional benefit behond helping to protect the head area from impact. It also reduces the risk of an occupant being partially thrown out through a side window. * Energy absorbing door materials. Structural beams that direct energy away from the passenger cage. * ISO-FIX baby/child seat attachment. The ISO-FIX child seat mounting system. An alarming percentage of child safety seats are used incorrectly. Tens of thousands of children are at risk. That's why Volvo developed a child seat mounting system that is virtually foolproof to use and very secure. And because we believe all children should be protected, not just those in Volvos, we lobbied the U.S. Congress, which was so impressed with the idea it will be required on all 2003 cars. Volvo offers it now in the new V70, Cross Country, S40 and V40. * Rollover Protection System (ROPS). Unlike any other Volvo, the C70 Convertible, lacking a steel roof, offers unique safety features incorporated in a single system. ROPS helps to protect passengers with sturdy protective bars that automatically pop up above the rear seat head rests in the event of a roll-over. Din cate stiu airbag-urile nu sar daca nu pui centurile. Iar SIPSBAG-ul sare doar la un impact lateral in USA, nu in bot. -
La S/V40 exista un buton pe consola centrala prin care se pot bloca toate usile. De asemenea cand cand deblochez usa soferului, se deblocheaza si celelalte. Nu stiu cum functioneaza versiunile mai vechi de VGLA (Volvo Guard Locking and Alarm system), dar daca nu ai un buton in interior ai putea sa incerci sa blochezi usa soferului, poate asa se blocheaza si celelalte. Intr-un fel e normal ceea ce se intampla pentru ca in manualul de utilizare, Volvo recomanda sa NU incui usile cand mergi cu masina, pentru ca in caz de accident sa poata salvatorii sa ajunga la tine... Din nefericire nu s-au gandit si la tziganii din RO care la semafor iti iau geanta de pe bancheta din spate Nici la mine nu se poate incuia masina din telecomanda cand e contactul pus, asa ca din punctul asta de vedere nu e o anomalie ce se intampla la tine.

Felicitari pentru achizitie si sa te duca muuuulti kilometri fara probleme ! Pentru piese incearca la Remco (ai numarul in topicul de piese originale si compatibile), si daca nu esti multumit de pret, intreaba si la Volvo la service. Insa din cate am auzit se duce pe la vreo 20 de milioane (cred ca cu tot cu manopera). Bafta maxima si abia astept viitoarea intrunire sa ne-o arati si noua !

Bine-ai venit printre noi ! Cum e sa ai 200 de calutzi si 300Nm sub tine ? Chiar as vrea si eu sa ma plimb(i) cu asa ceva, ca am o durere de ceafa si-ash vrea putina fizioterapie cu tetiera S-o stapanesti sanatos si sa te duca multi km !!!

Salut si ne bucuram sa te avem printre noi ! Intr-adevar, nu prea se mai fac masinile in ziua de azi cum le faceau pe vremuri... Vopseaua ta are pe dedesubt un strat de teflon, si mai e si tabla galvanizata pe deasupra Deci inca vreo 20 de ani n-o sa ai probleme ! Pai... ce "gramada" de probleme are ? Pune-le in sectiunea 740/760 din forumPoate reusim sa te ajutam unul-altul sa ti le rezolvi incet-incet... Bafta !

Tu ai alarma de fabrica (VGLA-ul) ? S-ar putea sa o fi luat-o asta in balarii si sa fi facut figuri deadlock-ul, desi din cate stiu nu e legat de iluminare.... Sau o siguranta sa se fi miscat de la locul ei si cand ai trantit usa s-a reasezat... ? Verifica-le pe toate si mai ales uita-te daca inchiderea centralizata si alarma sunt pe aceeasi siguranta... Bafta maxima si uita-te prin schemele electrice postate de S40 in forumul de S/V40 si vezi daca poti identifica ceva !
