Nu am reusit sa inteleg/depistez care sint firele de CAN. Dar cum adica .... si sa vezi daca sunt impletite intre ele ? Am masurat ce mi-ai spus. Bateria contact pus 11.75 V bypass valve pin #4 + # 5 ---- 11.71 V pin #5 + # 6 ---- 0 V inlet valve pin #4 + # 5 ---- 2.78 V pin #5 + # 6 ---- 0 V -

Buna ziua. Ieri am pus cel de-al 2 lea ECU clonat si au aparut si erori comune cu cel original. Deci cred ca nu e ECU de vina. totusi in CD-ul care l-am primit apare in folderul 3PP / Tools / EWD / VIDAEWDInstall. EWD apare cu o capacitate de 75 kb i-am dat open, run, ...etc...... dar nimic. Cine a mai cumparat de la chinezi VIDA, vine fara EWD inclus ? Ai cumva un link de unde pot sa il downloadez ... multumesc

Buna ziua. Am cumparat Vida 2014D de la http://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/6799060146.html?orderId=68318516555796. DICE cu cablu negru si pe mufa scrie SETEK. Pina acum merge....., dar nu imi deschide EWD - electrical wire diagram - si imi apare mesajul asta : EWD is not includit on this VIDA installation - Please install the latest EWD Am luat legatura cu chinezii si imi zic ca ei mi-au trimis soft original (adica clona dupa original) dar ca nu are EWD inclus si ca toate softurile trimise din china sint la fel, fara EWD inclus. Asa e ? Cine a mai cumparat de la chinezi VIDA, vine fara EWD inclus ? Cum pot sa fac EWD sa functioneze ? Multumesc.

pai cum spuneam... am trimis ECU de pe masina la BBA-Reman Anglia http://www.bba-reman.com/nl/index.aspx si zic ca e bun. Acum ramine sa fac cum zicea colegul CristiXP, sa pun celalalt ECU care a fost clonat (dar motorul nu merge bine cu el) si sa vad ce erori da. Trebuie sa imi instalez din nou VIDA pe calculator. -

da asa am facut ieri masuratorile..... in timp ce mergea motorul (inainte sa dau jos corpul de valve) am intepat firele cu un bold. astea au fost masuratorile: bypass air control valve pin #1 - 4.98 V #3 - 14.79 V #4 - 14.79 V #5 - 0 V #6 - 3.75 V inlet control valve pin #1 - 4.98 V #3 - 14.79 V #4 - 14.79 V #5 - 0 V #6 - 3.75 V -

cred ca eu am masurat ieri numai cind bateria era cu contact pus dar fara motor pornit. acum, cu motorul pornit imi arata la iesirea de la alternator 14.98 V si la bornele bateriei 14.88 V. cu motorul oprit bateria arata mai putin 12.32 V -

aha !!! poti sa imi spui unde e surubul asta de plus ? eu am vazut doar un cablu gros prins cu un surub de alternator si citeva fire care intra intr-o mufa in alternator -

am masurat. Bateria contact pus 11.75 V bypass valve pin #4 + # 5 - 11.71 V pin #5 + # 6 - 0 V inlet valve pin #4 + # 5 - 2.78 V pin #5 + # 6 - 0 V Am gasit o diagrama electrica (atasata) in care arata ca pin #5 este fir de masa cu motorul pornit bateria imi arata voltaj 12.57. nu e prea mic.... n-ar trebui sa fie undeva intre 14-14.5 V ? corpul de valve l-am shimbat la Volvo, cred ca au facut calibrare.... cum pot sa verific asta ? Buna seara. Azi am verificat mai multe situatii. in faza 1: Am masurat din nou firele si am obtinut valorile cu contactul pus (motor oprit) - voltaj baterie 11.93 V bypass air control valve pin #1 - 4.97 V #3 - 3.21 V #4 - 11.97 V #5 - 0 V #6 - 0 V inlet control valve pin #1 - 4.99 V #3 - 11.89 V #4 - 2.77 V #5 - 0 V #6 - 0 V cu motorul pornit - voltaj baterie 12.57 V bypass air control valve pin #1 - 4.98 V #3 - 14.79 V #4 - 14.79 V #5 - 0 V #6 - 3.75 V inlet control valve pin #1 - 4.98 V #3 - 14.79 V #4 - 14.79 V #5 - 0 V #6 - 3.75 V In faza 2: Am scos mufele valvelor si am pornit motorul. Motorul a pornit cu un mic tremurat in plus si cu un sunet diferit. Dar inca accelerind si oprind cu acelasi tremurat. in faza 3: Am scos complet corpul de valve de pe motor. Bypass valve era in pozitie inchisa si inlet control valve era in pozitie deschisa. Am pus la loc firele si am pornit motorul. Motorul a pornit cu acelasi mic tremurat in plus si cu un sunet diferit. Bypass valve a ramas in pozitie inchis si inlet valve in pozitie deschis. la accelerare usoara pina la 1300-1400 r/min, valvele au ramas in aceeasi pozitie, nemiscindu-se. Cind am oprit motorul, am vazut bypass valve incepind sa se deschida si in acelasi timp inlet valve sa se inchida. Au facut aceasta miscare (inchizindu-se una si deschizindu-se cealalta) de vreo 3 ori si pe urma s-au oprit, bypass valve in pozitie inchisa si inlet valve in positie deschisa. Verificind in jurul locului unde era corpul de valve, am observat cotul de plastic (dintre furtunul care vine de la intercooler si corpul de valve - atasat poza) este pe unele locuri spart. Deasemenea, pinul #5 de la ambele valve este fara nici o tensiune. Este normal sa fie asa ? -

Buna seara. Azi un prieten mi-a recomandat sa scot corpul de valve cu totul de pe masina, sa le conectez mufele, sa pornesc motorul si sa vad daca clapetele se misca. Intrebarea mea este daca a mai incercat cineva lucrul asta si daca exista risc sa stric ceva la motor sau sa nu se mai opreasca dupa aia, tinind cont ca rolul clapetei de Shut-off este chiar acela de a taia alimentarea cu aer a motorului la oprire.
