va rog eu, nu mai spuneti/scrieti/ganditi asta: "daca au autorizatie pentru asa ceva atunci nu risca sa prosteasca lumea." - no offence, nelule. Toata lumea prosteste pe toata lumea AICI - banul sa iasa, spaga se da la toate nivelele si controalele posibile. S-au dat si carnete auto pe blat (chiar daca mersul cu masina OMOARA oameni in viata reala), ii opreste ceva pe intreprinzatorii astia sa vanda "performanta" la...tub ?... Sa-si ia cineva un analizor de gaze si sa-l puna la valva, dupa ce i s-a incarcat cu...azot cauciucul, de fata cu ei acolo - si sa scrie si aici. Pina atunci, nu cred in nimic. Repet, eu mi-am pus o singura data azot si nu am simtit nici o diferenta - nici nu cred ca aveam, insa macar un efect placebo, ceva acolo. Mai bine mincam 3 shaorme de banii aia.

daca erau mai aproape...alta viata. Noi nu gasim nici un amarat de downpipe, daramite un Stage 2 sau 3 cumparat cum trebuie, fara artificii mioritice... Pina atunci (adica niciodata) - nu avem de ales. Macar de-ar exista o super concurenta pe piata noastra de "tuning", s-ar vedea niste diferente mai notabile. In romania, ai bani muuuulti, iti iese ceva apropiat de ceea ce se poate face afara, insa iti sta inima-n loc de fiecare data cind te duci intr-un service, cu atit mai mult intr-unul de tuning: oare e ok ce-mi fac astia la masina mea sau (inca) experimenteaza ?... Hai ca poate am noroc si nu-mi crapa nimic in urmatorul an... Lui BiriV i-a luat foc motorul TUNAT in romania, eu i-am spus ce cred si pe undeva, si el crede acelasi lucru - insa nu are cum demonstra ca ce i-au facut baietii aia super meseriasi i-au afectat sau nu viata componentelor de sub capota...a crapat o garnitura, un banal o`ring sau cine stie care a fost cauza reala... Cert este ca la un S40 stock nu se intimpla asa ceva... Afara, te sfatuie : de banii pe care-i ai mai bine iti faci INTAI asta, asta si asta - apoi facem altceva - pina ajungi la o adevarata performanta. Aici, soft + (uneori)turbina si gata: vrrrrrum pe strada...Nici macar un banal (dar atit de necesar) test de compresie inainte sa se apuce de "treaba"... -

Bine ai venit printre noi ! P.s. Nu era nici o problema daca erai "capsunar" - decit sa stai in tara asta care-ti taxeaza pina si aerul pe care-l expiri.

am AER banal in ele si urmatoarele concluzii: - "alimentarea cu azot nu mai permite presiunii sa scada" - presiunea in pneuri nu a scazut deloc in ultimele luni de cind le controlez saptaminal. - "nu se mai simt atat de tare gropile cand le incaleci" - gropile se simt foarte bine cind le incalec, si am "doar" 55 pe ele. - "nu se mai aud rotile suierand atat de tare la viteze mari" - nu suiera deloc nici la 220-240. partea cu "nu se mai deterioreaza guma" a cazut si asta, am cauciucuri de vara, merse cu ele de 2 ani, cu turbina la boost maxim - arata de zici ca nici nu le-am folosit. Si nici macar nu sint niste cauciucuri extraordinare. O sa-mi iau totusi altele, ca m-am plictisit de ele In concluzie parerea mea e ca nu merita nici o investitie acel azot. Poate doar o liniste mentala si o alta in buzunar. Cine vrea, bineinteles sa-si puna fabulosul/mirobolantul/stiintificul azot, e liber sa o faca.

Simbolul de "lambda" din bord - in primul rand se refera la o problema de amestec (prea sarac, prea bogat...) - deci cam tot ce tine de asta. Aprindere+alimentare+ECU = amestec. Poti sa ai bujii proaste/vechi...pot fi mai multe. Nu ai cititor de coduri cu LED sub capota ? Parca stiu ca ar trebui, in spatele farului dreapta e o cutiuta neagra, cu 6 gauri si o mufa - acolo iti poti "scoate" codurile din ECU. Ai incercat asta ?... Daca nu stii cum, scrie aici. Bafta si ia-o incet, nu dispera. -
nici eu nu cred,deci va trebui sa iei pe cineva cu tine sa faci poza - altfel nu se pune.

doar astea am gasit - cam ciudat...e plin internetul de problema asta asta stupida si costisitoare. "Is it reasonable for such an expensive component to fail after 20k miles I had this problem too so I took my S40 to local dealer. They put it to diagnostics, erased all the alarms on ECU and said it is fixed. But after several miles, it appeared again. Finally they had to change electronic unit... =============== I had the 'anti skid service required' message and the brakes appeared to be working fine. However taking the car for an ABS test (driving on wet grass and hitting the brakes at a modest speed) immediately led the car to only drive in 'safe mode' up to 30 - 40 mph max. OK on back roads but something of an issue if the ABS was triggered on the motorway! By getting out of the car locking it, then unlocking it again and restarting this reset the safe mode and the car drove and seemed to brake normally (provided the ABS was not provoked). Looked at by my local Volvo specialist who checked the faults using the usual diagnostics and booked the car in for a new sensor. After fitting this, whilst it cleared down lots of fault codes, this revealed a whole new batch! Turned out to be the highly complex 'black box' and braking system valve interface with the brake pump. Only sold as a single unit with the pump and a hefty £950 plus fitting and VAT. ( I see the mention of a £1500 repair in the thread above, this is the standard dealer price for the work I had done - just beware trying to do this 'on the cheap' - read on) It is a one and a half hour job to fit and then requires a manufacturers software down load to complete the installation - and my specialist said he could not do the job because of this and I would have to go to a main dealer. Car was 'under warranty' from a small time dealer who insisted his mechanic would fix it and following 2 months off the road I eventually got the car back. The story was that they got a second hand unit and fitted it - however this completely disabled the car which had to be recovered on a low loader to the nearest Volvo dealer for the software down load to get it to work. Was it cheaper than going to a Volvo dealer who could have done the job in 2 days - probably not in view of all of the grief this caused - except thankfully I did not pay for this repair the small time dealer paid for it all. =================== I was advised that if the battery charge levels drop below the 11V , the CPU will start to shut systems down to retain basic operation of the engine. Having recovered the car to my nearest dealer, Harrats in Huddersfield, they quickly agreed with the RAC report and replaced the alternator under warranty. I gues this was also a little embarrassing for them as the car had been one of their own demo models!! Overall I have always had a very good reception at Harratts so hopefully this will continue. A little worrying that such a small drain on the battery can cause such a major problem with the basic operations on the car. ==================== This happened on my S60 a couple of years ago. It was just a dodgy sensor on the brake pedal - the brakes worked fine and they changed the sensor under warranty. Apparently it`s a very common fault and doesn't take long to change the sensor. ===================="

Dragilor, ginditi-va in primul rand cum veti merge cu aceste cauciucuri, unde...... Daca esti atent la fiecare groapa sau sina de tramvai, daca faci acceleratii fulminante (turbina sa fie rrrrrosie), daca mergi 90% doar in oras cu viteza legala...daca... Si apoi luati-va cel mai bun cauciuc pe care vi-l permiteti.
