O intrebare - taxa poluare

Cam mult, daca vrei sa recuperezi taxa nu ai sanse, la cele platite dupa noua lege nu prea se castiga, plus ca taxa de timbru la instanta e 10% acum, eventual sa dai in judecata Institutia Prefectului sa ceri inmatricularea fara plata taxei conform legilor UE. Bafta sa alegi varianta optima.
