vreau sa schimb uleiul si antigelul

SALUTARE !! detin un VOLVO V40 1.9 tdi din 2002 este cel cu motorizare Renault din cate am inteles......Vreau sa schimb uleiul si antigelul si mi as dori sa mi recomandati ce fel de ulei si antigel ati folosit pentru ca nu stiu ce este in motor in momentul de fata....orce recomandare e bine venita !!! VA MULTUMESC !!
