Broasca usa sofer! Nu se deschide din interior!

Buna tuturor

Nu pot deschide usa la sofer, din interior. Brusc ceva s-a intamplat( rupt) și nu se mai descg hide decât din exterior . Centralizata functionează.

Am desfăcut capitonajul la.portiera, dar nu pot ajunge la broască? Imi puteti spune cum? Care e soluția? Multumesc
